Description

Are you looking to learn to Canoe, Kayak or Paddleboard at your own pace, and at a time to suit you? Or looking to work on a specific skill? Then this is the thing for you!

You will get an hour and a half with your coach to work on whatever skills you like – whether you’d like an introduction to the sport, want to learn how to get the best out of a new boat, need specific help getting through an assessment, or are having trouble mastering a difficult skill.

A private lesson costs £60 for 1 person (£50 off peak). You can then add extra people on to your booking at a cost of 20 per extra adult, or 10 per extra child.

We can tailor your session to suit you completely, for example with longer sessions (useful if you are traveling a long way to get to us), or maybe specific boats/skills (e.g. freestyle or sea kayak skills). We can also travel to a more convenient or appropriate location e.g. a white water day trip if you need to work on your moving water skills. (There is an extra charge if we need to travel though). Just give us a call, tell us what you want, and we’ll make sure your session is right for you!

Times and Dates

You can book a Private lesson at any mutually convenient time at Leam Boat Centre. At Warwick Boats, opening times are weekends and school holidays, March to September.

Peak times are weekends, School holidays and evenings (starting after 4.30pm), from March to October.

Off peak times are week days year round, and weekends November to February.

Private lessons can be booked at both Leam Boat Centre and Warwick Boats.

Booking

Please give us a call to book your session – you can then either pay over the phone, or use the online booking if you prefer. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you have any specific needs or questions that you would like to discuss before your lesson, please give us a call.

Gift Vouchers

If you would like to buy a private lesson as a gift, just give us a call, or order online and use the order comments box at checkout to let us know you’d like a voucher. Your voucher recipient will then be able to call us to book the date/time that’s most conveneint for them.
