Foundation Safety and Rescue Resources:
British Canoeing has the following playlist of how to complete some of the rescues talked about on the Paddlesport Safety and Rescue Course (PSRC), these can be helpful both before and after completing the course.
Throughout this course there are also some acronyms used here they are shown and explained for you:

Paddle Sport Instructor Award resources (Level 1):
Don’t forget if you’re planning on doing this course you’ll need to of completed your PSRC (or FSRT), be a member of your home nation (British Canoeing, Canoe Wales, Canoe Scotland or Canoe Northern Ireland) and have registered for the course – registration guidance further down.
